Yet another quick usability alert, this time featuring doors from a bank in Mainz. Let’s play a game: You’re locked in the building, so get out as fast as you possibly can. (Tip: Pushing and pulling doesn’t work.)

Bank doors, easy exit undesired.

Unless people focus on basic, everyday usability, I’ll write about these things, again and again. Design failures actually – and unnecessarily – cost time, money, and nerves.
