The World’s Highest Website, Accessible to 2.6 Billion People

The valued World’s Highest Website has just been translated into ten additional languages, including Chinese, Portuguese, and Greek. This leads me to the bold statement that it’s now amazingly accessible since open to about 2.6 billion people, at least, unless the Chinese version represents a rare dialect. (I can’t tell.)
This literal accessibility is all the more “strange” since one needs to see the site in order to make any use of it. So WHWS is inaccessibly accessible anyway … But should I tell the WCAG Working Group about it?

Hi Lee; just to avoid any misunderstanding, do you actually refer to the Chinese version? Looking forward to hear from you!
(+ .072 billion people, by the way.)

Name, I must admit that I can’t really judge that and its impact – is it still understandable for other native Portuguese speakers?
By the way again, I may also add that WHWS is also available in Indonesian now, thanks to Roberta Asparsa of IdeBagus.
