I may finally, festively, and immediately present the winner of the book lottery: Florian Endres, Hannover! Congratulations, the book’s almost in your mail box! 
But that’s been really, probably too quick. Before we go to the results of the little “what’s your favorite football club” question, I want everyone to rest assured that the raffle’s been fair and worthy. Here’s at least one shot of the glamorous drawing (remind me to fire the photographer):

And now I changed my mind, we can very well continue to rush: I am very disappointed by your choice of the favorite football club! Kidding, but it’s been a surprise anyway that a) Borussia Dortmund made it #1 (I should have voted as well 
), and that b) indeed several clubs of Germany’s second division (Mainz, Osnabrück, Wiesbaden, …) are represented. I like that though!
