Vegan Web Developers

If you’re a vegan and a web developer, why not join us on a humble list of vegan web developers?
That’s it—I’m wondering why I had never pointed to this project, so that’s all I wanted to do now. And yes—I should probably put this on a proper domain.
(Let’s not wonder here how so many intelligent and empathetic people still consume things that billions of living beings have to suffer or die for, every year. I’ve been like this, too; yet each of us may have to stop putting ourselves over other living beings first, before we fully understand how absurd and evil that is. There’s no need to exploit anyone or anything. Stop it.)

About Me
I’m Jens (long: Jens Oliver Meiert), and I’m a frontend engineering leader and tech author/publisher. I’ve worked as a technical lead for companies like Google and as an engineering manager for companies like Miro, I’m a contributor to several web standards, and I write and review books for O’Reilly and Frontend Dogma.
I love trying things, not only in web development (and engineering management), but also in other areas like philosophy. Here on meiert.com I share some of my experiences and views. (Please be critical, interpret charitably, and give feedback.)
